- Peak Season (Dec 20 - Jan 31)
A 50% deposit is required. Refunds for cancellation will be made as follows.
- If the booking is cancelled more than 45 days prior to date of arrival the deposit will be refundable .
- For cancellations less than 45 days prior to date of arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable .
- No Shows and early departure the deposit will be non-refundable .
- High Season (Nov 1 - Dec 19 and Feb 1- Apr 30)
A 30% refundable deposit is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows
- If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to date of arrival the deposit will be refundable
- For cancellations less than 30 days prior to date of arrival the deposit will be non-refundable
- No Shows and early departure the deposit will be non-refundable
- Green Season (May 1 - Oct 31)
A 10% refundable deposit is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows
- If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to date of arrival the deposit will be refundable
- For cancellations less than 14 days prior to date of arrival, No Shows and early departure, one night room rate will be charged
